Smoothness and acceleration are really good, as is the responsiveness of the brakes and steering. One of the MPG displays is useless, it shows instantaneous MPG which is meaningless, showing infinity if you lift your foot off the gas and showing zero at stoplights. I can't figure out how to keep the rear doors from locking. Unreadable due to length and font size and colors. The user's guide is about 350 pages of 3-point helvetica. The rear camera gives a rather distorted view which requires a lot of brain-work to interpret. There is no way to tell where the corners or the bumpers of the car are. There are six misc buttons to the lower left that are hard to see and impossible to understand the pictographs on them. Some of the stalks swing and some twist and one does both. The hood and gas-cap releases are unreachable for anybody over 210 pounds or 6-foot-2. The gas filler is the capless type that looks fragile and leak-prone. The dealer added $900 in unwanted trinkets worth about $35. The heating/AC controls are hard to use, being split between physical buttons and touch-screen text buttons. You can use the left paddle to add electrical braking, but it doesn't stay enabled and you can't turn it off with the paddle. There is no engine temp or oil pressure gauge. However the user interface is quite a bit annoying with several glitches. I recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant purchasing process and you are sure to get genuine customer care from a staff that cares about doing good work and selling good quality vehicles.Īlmost everything is very good to great. He was a great brand ambassador for this dealership and Audi products! He was truly focused on providing an excellent and well-informed car buying experience. He listened patiently to our needs, greeted us with courtesy, answered our questions well and didn't pretend to know all the answers. Joe Silverman was our sales rep/brand specialist and he was not your typical car sales guy. Couldn't expect much more but they just keep providing the best and most genuine customer service.
